don think I'll ever get Chopin to enjoy schooling again, not since we started hackin out... oh well, I didn't like school either and I had to do it anyway.
(those leg yields come in mighty handy on busy roads! and even gathering up stray cattle, LOL).
I had just finished this lesson with Chopin (the dun horse) and told him to wait by the camera man while I repeated the lesson with his brother Absinto (the grey one) and then Chopin gets tired of waiting and goes there all full of himself, does the drill, gets his treat and tells his brother off! the nerve!! LOOOOOOOL! I love workin with stallions, boys are so much fun (most of the time...) ;)
it is funny though ... By: DJBelbe. on 18 Jan 11, 09:22:45 it is funny though that they are inteligen enough not to be afraid of it when it's dead still under your feet or when it's in your hands: if you step on it and it doesn't move then it's dead! if you're holding it, then it's not dangerous! and then they tell u animals? can't think... right... i'd say horses are the most logical creatures I know! we're the ones dumb enough not to understand the logic behind it! Supose Vulcans would make awsome animal trainers! LOL (trekkie nerd here)
hahahahaha! nah ... By: DJBelbe. on 18 Jan 11, 09:19:38 hahahahaha! nah it's the Chopin temperament! Amok is his full brother (same mother and father) and refused to step on the plastic coats! plus we took loooooooong desponking afternoons with the yellow bending poles and the yellow jumping poles! he hates? yetllow I supose... Chopin doesn't care at all. Chopin's afraid of shufling construction site tape though. But then again, what has high contrast stripes and makes a shuffle shound? poisonous snakes! so that should be expected.

just some response to aids practice
he limps a lil bit there cos he's still recovering from some frog damage and there are huge sharp rocks in that corner. He never complained so I didn't expect my weight to make a difference. Will boot him next time.
for the record, I didn't ask for it. I haven't asked this for months and I only asked 2-3 times since I own her... she just decided to do it out of the blue... I let her, it was fun! (though i look like a lump sack of jelly up there... when will i even learn to ride :/ )
