It's a lot smaller than my other one? and its private, so it only accepts a certain amount of boarders. But it has a heated barn and indoor arena, which is great where I live because its FREEZING in the winter! But I think the horses are happy there so far, and they will like it much better when they all get used to it, since all of them have only been there for several days ^_^
