How do I know? I foaled her out. I cared for her. She may well have had a bridle path at the time. She was kept clipped etc. and handled regularly before I left - about the time the training vid was filmed, as I recall.
And yes - she was a very smart filly.

By: larkolena. on 26 Mar 08, 14:57:27 i love the gentle way you handle this filly. however, it would be more helpful to people if you used a horse that was a little less domesticated. do i see a bridle path? we have a green pony, and when we used this method to teach him to go forward with us he would pull backward and try to get away. this filly gives you almost no resistance and is too cooperative for teaching purposes. we'd like to see how you handle resistance. that's just my humble opinion. ;) helpful free info, though. thanks!?

autism is a broad ... By: allrpeople. on 18 Feb 12, 21:59:51 autism is a broad spectrum condition & we simply do not know if any part of that spectrum could be related to trauma. I didn't find anything in Benny's story that concludes his autism is due to his trauma or abuse, what am I missing? Maybe Benny was born autistic or maybe it was triggered by vaccines which is a controversial yet possible trigger & most people vaccinate their horses. This is too complex with a broad spectrum to KNOW what causes and what DOESN'T, just my opinon?

We mostly do groundwork, and when I ride, I keep it to a maximum of 15mins
