I have to convert it to a smaller file (in order to upload it) and in doing so, quality also flops. The? eye is is a grey hue, that fades into black, similar to that of a polished jewel. ive included lines that create the eyelid folds and the black eyelashes. Here you cannot see it, and it all merges to make a black blob. The shiny texture also reflects the light covering the detail.
But well done for noticing! :)

For example in the eyes - It's all black, and makes the horse look sort of.. possesed by some evil? demon, and not as peaceful and calm as horses should be ^^

Btw, you're very good for your age. I started drawing, when i was your age, so.. i'm really impressed, when people this young do something this brilliant ^^
