When wrapping in polo we start right under the knee angled down at 45 degrees angle leaving a tail of about 8 inches, wrap all the way down the tendon (leaving out the 8 inch tail) and when you get down to the bottom you place your 8 inch tail down flat over the back of the tendon, wrap back up to where you started. This provides double support. Do your research next time before you run your mouth...
