But the posting helps the horse move and the horse can also understand if you want to go faster or slower. Go to a AQHA show and watch the trainers on the western pleasure horses. Quarter Horse Congress will be in Columbus Ohio in October. If you can't go in person they cover a lot online. But that doesn't show posting while training.
