The put all the horses names in a hat and you draw the horse. 1 rider from the? other team will also ride the horse you ride. All you get to do is walk around on the horse before entering the show ring.

You cannot use your own horse in collage competitions, you have to use theirs. And which ever other collage you are competing against, you have to trade horses with another rider and do another round on a horse you've never ridden before. It seems pretty hard!
