By: 1Girl1Horse1Dream. on 11 Dec 10, 05:58:48 sure.. its easy.. the posting trot is when you ease your horse into a trot and instead of sitting down the whole time you go up down up down up down etc in a rythm that goes like this 1 2 1 2 1 2. its easier for the horses back and believe it or not its way more comforatble and you? can do it for a longer period of time than the sitting trot. of course you have to be on the right diagnol which is when you go up when your horse's outside leg is forward. hope it helped
