They have counterweights balanced in the wheels so when they are bumped, the weight which is balanced at the top goes to one side, and it can roll up hill. Use sense.

Wheels were filled with helium to reduce their overall mass and had an offset weight on the back side. At 0:30 You can see the middle wheel on the ramp still roll forward after hitting the top wheel, then it rolls backwards as the weight settles at it's lowest point. The only CGI used in this commercial was on the windshield at the end to remove some glare from the lights.
