Why cant they make a game that encorporates hacking (show horse) where you follow a judges workout and the most points accumulated sees the judge pick the winner, or western pleasure style? game based on a similar concept. or even side saddle, carriage driving or games..? there are many large shows that they could replicate like this one. branching out more to others
