And when Somesh comes down, she brings her own weight extremely far back (0:03).
Therefore there is very little weight on his knees - which makes it easy for him to come up so swiftly.
Thus we see a perfect rider on a well trained horse - great performance!

That part depends entirely on him, how powerful he is, or how difficult can this trick be for him. Aside from his very strong muscles, this horse got it right from day one, and he never actualy throughs him self? down ... it's just easier for him to do it that way and look how fast and easy he's getting up :)

Iancu's first ride outside without tack and the second time ever. Due to my hectic schedule the horse hasn't been ridden or exercised in a week, just out to graze on a lead rope
A 4 year old Westfalen/ Thoroughbred mix. He's a very rewarding ride despite the fact that he's got the racer temper and it takes a lot to keep him cool and focused.
