I was in a court room where an issue was up for trial among many for a wrongful forclosure, and the judge excused the other attorneys and made a? new date, depsite the urgent need for that particular hearing. With out it, the person was going to be kicked out. But the other party did not show, if that were her, it would have gon forward with out her. The judge never made eye contact and continued to request the attorney to be available agian.
