Just a few things people should know; add a fair amount of water so it doesn't become a soup and when making juices or smoothies, try not to add opposite colours. Purple Kale does NOT go well with green Kale and spinach. I think it was off too! But? apart from that this is a great pick me up and gives you so much energy. My stomach ache went after having a glass.

I forget the raw food book i read but it stressed that citric acids are highly alkanizing but also destroy enzyme activity. You can cook animal protein in lemon juice shouldnt it destroy enzymes?
