If? you have ever spoken with Dr. Michael Klapper, M.D. or Dr. Neal Barnard, M.D. they will tell you that nutrition takes up two days of information compared to all their years of medical study. Two days!! Oh, and I'm not saying that Doug Graham is on the right path. I firmly believe he is but I don't think his diet is perfect which is why i have added things back to my diet.
