Obama supports a "Single Payer System" like they have in Canada, the health care in Canada is sub par and imploding says top Canadian health care officials. If you want to give all Americans HC you will need to make Insurance companies compete state to state you will need tort reform to stop frivolous lawsuits against Docs that will drop HC costs dramatically. NO GOVERNMENT OP
