Proper procedure requires you to have all the fryers off but the reality is most restaurants leave it on so that pot had oil in it at about 400 degrees F. ....3rd degree burn

Out of all the "accidents" the one with the ladder was kinda stupid. When she said the company should replace the ladder, what did she want it replaced with. A motorized one with special magnets on the bottom. It was tall enough that she could reach the top. I think it was all her fault not any of the companies. Like she said if she didn't reach that far that wouldn't have happened. And about the policy with two people. If someone had been holding the ladder she still would have fallen over.
