I'm sure it's very healthy, yet very dull... LOL reminds me of my old Filipino roomate, when he'd buy bland tasting foods, and he had to add the spices

LOL I know it sounds sorta mean, but I think he meant no? harm
personally say, it was created for an older American who dislikes spices,and can't take large amounts of sodium
