I've noted well (as a past veggie burger addict) the basis of the LIVE GARDENBURGER and i's: Mixed Lentils; Nuts; Seeds/Whole Onion/Carrots/Honey. So that idea even becomes, e.g. ALMONDS/SUNFLOWER SEEDS/SESAME SEEDS/GINGER/YAMS/AGAVE. But lentils are vouchsafe IDEAL! They replicate the cooked gardenburger texture. Ground sesame (which you must try) provide a pleasant 'milkiness'.
