Also, I have some stomach issues, and eating too many nuts can be? unsettling. Are most raw diets nut based? I like going partially raw in the summer to save myself from the heat of the stove and oven, but often find that I just eat the veggies, fruits, and little portions of nuts straight from the market. Thank you so much for sharing all of your healthy and creative recipes? in a forum like this. It helps for the beginners in raw food to actually prepare these foods right away.

For those of you wondering if these are really good, They're delicious! Well seasoned taco "meat" tastes more? than familiar (u won't ask "where's the beef") and the texture is wonderful!. I'm going to make dehydrated corn tortillas to eat with them tonight with guacomole.
