It is better to exhale from the mouth because tar will build up behind your nose and it's extremely hard to get out in comparison to? getting tar out via salivation in the mouth

I do not inhale. I used to smoke a pipe, and cigarettes and cigar, unitll 45? years ago,when I gave it up, recently I started smoking a pipe, but using the above herbal mixtures.
I'd be interested to hear from you your oppinion on this.

I am now in total belief that when its your time to die, it will not matter that you smoke or not, it will happen, I am not religious my opinion is based on observation and the theory that we are all created different with different strengths therefore some will smoke heavy and take drugs and so on, and live long, whilst others will have a supreme healthy life & die early
